Booking procedure
To reserve your apartment click on availability and reservation or click here.
If the apartment is available, 25 % of the rent should be sent immediately.
Payment can be made with a money transfer, credit card or through PayPal.
The reservation will only be effective after the downpayment.
Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed.
Tenant deposit
A tenant deposit 400 euros will be requested at your arrival.
At the end of the stay, it will be reimbursed.
Arrival
Arrivals in the apartment take place every day.
In case of departure from the apartment on the day you arrrive, the apartment will be free at 5 p.m. (after cleaning).
Upon arrival, the remainder of the rent along with a €400 deposit will have to be paid and the keys will be given to you.
Access to the apartment
To organize your transfer from Marseille airport or Aix TGV station, please send an email as soon as possible with your flight or train number, your arrival time.
If you choose to come to the apartment by your own means, we will email a detailed plan of the city, but let us know your arrival time to welcome you in the apartment.
Departure
The stay finishes at 11.a.m, late checkout upon availability.
The keys will be returned at the apartment.
The deposit will be returned.
In case of damages or unusual clean-up, a supplement will be charged.
